Dear Colleagues
We have received many calls from disgrunted practices regarding the Practice Experience Survey results. The first link below contains a statement from the GPC office which explains how the results of the survey have been calculated. The GPC meet tomorrow (Thursday) and will discuss this issue. A further statement will be issued on Friaday and we will put this on the website and send out a further update.
We are aware that as it stands many practices will be losing income as a result and we will be looking at how this can be remedied.
