What is the "At Risk" Register?
The At Risk Register is used as a confidential record for any person seeing the surgery's patients to alert them to any patient who has demonstrated physical or verbal abuse in the past. It could also contain details of any "risk" that a
member of staff should be aware of, e.g. a violent partner of a patient.
