Full-time Practice Manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an accomplished and highly motivated manager to join our well established teaching Practice. Candidates must be conscientious, have proven leadership experience and a sound knowledge of management, finance, human resources and planning. Previous management experience and effective communication skills at all levels are essential for this position.
Supported by an excellent clinical & administrative team you will be expected to have have vision, willingness & drive, be adaptable & efficient. The Practice Manager is a pivotal member of the organisation and will be expected to lead & support the team to achieve its aims and objectives with professionalism.
The successful candidate will:
- Be able to demonstrate robust leadership & organisational skills
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be proficient in all aspects of HR & financial management to ensure practice resilience
- Have the ability to plan & implement change
The post is full-time (37.5 hours) Mon-Fri. Salary circa £50k. Closing date 24.5.21. Interview date 15.6.21
