*9700 patients and expanding, modern single site surgery, Accredited Training Practice

* Clinical skill mix consists of 2 Partners, Salaried General Practitioner, 2x Advanced Nurse Practitioner, 3xPractice Nurses and Health Care Assistant

* EMIS Web clinical system, telephone triage and computerized decision support 

* LOW home visit load, e-prescribing, e-health and extensive delegation of administrative work - we have one of the highest online booking rates in the area and push e-health

* In house phlebotomy, ambulatory blood pressure monitoring and event recording services

* CQC rating ‘Good’ in every respect, with an emphasis on our strong learning culture and focus on safety, consistently high QoF achiever, year in, year out

* We are a genuinely friendly democratic and collegiate practice with a flat decision making structure (no seniority or rank),  strong governance framework with regular programmed Complex Case, Significant Events, Complaints and CQC meetings.
