Part-Time Employee Annual Leave Calculator

Below is a small spreadsheet that will calculate the amount of leave for part time staff. This should ensure that all staff are treated equally. However it does mean that part time staff who work say only on a Monday and a Tuesday may find that in terms of Statutory Holiday entitlement that they have more days off than is in their allowance. This may mean that they have to reserve some of the annual leave to use on those days. One way around this would be to offer such staff the opportunity of working addition days to make up or taking unpaid leave.
