Ivy Court Surgery has provided GP services to the market town of Tenterden from its current site since 1959 for a population of over 15,500 patients in the heart of rural Kent.
A record of high achievement in QOF and standards of clinical excellence have been built out of that long history of traditional high quality patient care.
Ivy Court is keen to maintain the strengths of traditional General Practice whilst open to innovations. We offer huge supportive operational, administrative, patient liaison and social prescribing teams as well as regular clinical, educational, palliative and vulnerable patient meetings and a well-established, highly functional PCN.
We are a 4 partner practice with 3 GP trainers, so have a strong ethos of supporting training, and that includes supporting the career development of our salaried GPs.
We are a well-established Tier 2 sponsor.
In February 2021 we opened our doors on our brand new, state of the art building offering the most refreshingly modern and exciting work environment available to GPs. The fresh outlook of our building is matched by a forward looking and innovative practice, looking to provide the best possible primary care to our patients, and stimulating interesting career development to our GPs.
