You’ll be working with a broad mix of colleagues—GPs, paramedics, clinical pharmacists, nurses, HCAs and ARRS roles—who support each other and share learning openly.
We’re committed to training and professional growth. Our clinicians frequently supervise trainees and take part in PCN-wide education and development sessions.
The Role
You’ll be providing high-quality clinical care across a mix of acute and long-term conditions. Good judgement, organised thinking and clear communication matter just as much as clinical skill.
Core elements of the work include:
Assessing, diagnosing and managing a wide range of presentations
Using advanced clinical reasoning to make safe, effective decisions
Working closely with GPs and the wider team when cases require shared input
Contributing to quality improvement, audit and service development
What We’re Looking For
ACP/ANP with strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
Someone who values patient-centred care and works well across disciplines
Independent/supplementary prescribing is ideal, but we’ll support the right person to obtain it
A mindset geared towards continuous learning and professional growth
