We have an Advanced Nurse Practitioner opportunity available Oakfield Health Centre, Gravesend,

Oakfield Health Centre Profile:
- A healthy work life balance is key to everything we do
- 9969 patients and expanding, modern single site surgery
- Clinical skill mix consists of General Practitioners, Advanced Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistants, Care Co-ordinator, Orthopaedic Practitioner, Practice Nurses and Health Care Assistant
- EMIS Web clinical system, telephone triage and computerised decision support
- In house phlebotomy, ambulatory blood pressure monitoring and event recording services
We are a genuinely friendly democratic and collegiate practice with a flat decision making structure, strong governance framework with regular programmed Complex Case, Learning opportunities, Complaints and CQC meetings.
