The Manor Clinic is looking to welcome an experienced and enthusiastic Advanced Nurse Practitioner to our supportive clinical team in Folkestone, Kent. This is an exciting opportunity to join a progressive, patient-focused practice where your skills and autonomy will be valued and encouraged.

Your role will include:
• Triaging E consults as operate a total triage system
• Managing acute and minor illness presentations
• Long-term condition reviews (depending on experience)
• Home visits (if applicable)
• Working closely with GPs, nurses, and our admin team
• Contributing to a collaborative and innovative approach to primary care
