Advanced Nurse Practitioner – Extensive Training & Leadership Development Opportunities
City Way Medical Practice, a forward-thinking training practice based in the historic heart of Rochester, is offering an exciting opportunity for an Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to join our dynamic team. We have strong educational partnerships with Kent Medway Medical School, Canterbury Christ Church University, and St. George’s, reinforcing our commitment to clinical excellence and training.
The successful candidate will benefit from a wide range of training opportunities, engaging with diverse professionals including physician associates, paramedics, and junior doctors. Serving a patient population of approximately 12,800, we are part of a proactive and collaborative primary care network.
Our multidisciplinary team includes Phlebotomists, Health Care Assistants, Practice Nurses, a Clinical Pharmacist, a Paramedic Practitioner, four Salaried GPs, and two GP Partners.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, compassionate, and driven professional with excellent clinical, organisational, and communication skills. The ideal candidate will be confident working autonomously and delivering holistic patient care—from initial consultation and clinical assessment through to diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation.
The role requires critical thinking and sound clinical judgment to ensure high standards of care. Applicants must be registered with the NMC. While an independent or supplementary prescribing qualification is preferred, we are willing to support the right candidate in obtaining this during employment.
