Call Handler Required.
We are looking for a hardworking, confident and helpful individual with a professional approach. Training will be provided.
This role is for part-time hours:
– Monday 7.45am – 1.15pm
– Wednesday 1.15pm – 6.30pm
– Thursday 7.45am – 1.15pm
Duties include: To receive, assist and direct patients in accessing the appropriate service or healthcare professional in a courteous, efficient and effective way on the telephone, front desk and in the triage hub.
Provide general assistance to the Practice team and project a positive and friendly image to patients and other visitors, either in person or via the telephone.
Overview of the organisation:
The surgery is based in a large, modern building with onsite parking and bus links close by. We are a supportive team always willing to help each other. We offer a generous NHS pension scheme to all staff.
Surgery opening hours: Monday to Friday – 8am to 6.30pm.
