Orchard Family Practice is looking to recruit a Chronic Disease Nurse. We are a friendly, long established practice of 5400 patients in Rainham, Kent, looking for a Chronic Disease Nurse to work 24 hours a week, preferably over 3 days. We have a dynamic, committed, stable and supportive team, many of whom have been with the practice for years.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive Nurse with good professional and interpersonal skills who will enhance our team in providing healthcare to our patients and take part in the full range of General Practice responsibilities. We are an EMIS web practice.
Salary is dependent on experience.
We are well positioned for easy access to good road and rail links to London and the Kent coast.
