We are looking for part time Practice Nurse to join our team at Swanscombe Health Centre, and branch practices, who specialises/has a keen interest in Diabetes.
Based at Swanscombe Health Centre, the role will be to work within our team, to offer support and treatment for our patients, focusing particularly on diabetes management. You should have experience of working in a similar role, with relevant qualifications, NMC registration, and have excellent organisational skills.
We have a team of over 100 staff throughout 8 sites, including GPs, Paramedic Practitioner, Clinical Pharmacists, Physicians Associates, a Physiotherapist, Practice Nurses, Healthcare Assistants, and the administrative support workers. Even with a large team, we work closely together and clinical staff are supported by a weekly clinical meeting.
