The Medic Care Surgery is a friendly, patient-focused GP surgery based in Sittingbourne. We are committed to delivering high-quality care to our local community and are looking to expand our clinical team with a dedicated and experienced Practice Nurse.
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Practice Nurse to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high standards of nursing care, supporting patients with a range of clinical needs, and contributing to the smooth running of the practice.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting routine nursing clinics (e.g. immunisations, cervical screening, wound care)
Managing long-term conditions such as asthma, diabetes, and hypertension
Health promotion and patient education
Supporting infection control and clinical governance standards
Maintaining accurate patient records
Requirements:
Registered Nurse (NMC registered)
Previous experience working in a GP practice or primary care setting (essential)
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of chronic disease management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
