Our practice has for over 100 years cared for the 8,500 residents of Westerham and Sundridge and we are pleased to have a new part time opportunity to join our medical receptionists.
We are proud of our team who work collectively to form the eyes and ears of the practice as the first interaction with our patients. We receive daily compliments and gratitude’s from our patients for the warm and approachable manner of the team.
We use EMIS and AccuRx triage and if no previous reception experience full training will be given, it is essential that you have good IT administrative, communication skills and really enjoy working as part of a lively happy team.
The position is for 21 hours per week and working days and times are Monday morning 8am to 1.30pm, Wednesday afternoon 1.30pm to 6.30pm, Thursday morning 8am to 1.30pm and Friday afternoon 1.30pm to 6.30pm. The ability to have some flexibility is desirable as there are times when cover for colleagues maybe requested.
