PCN REFERRAL CLERK REQUIRED TO WORK AT IWADE HEALTH CENTRE
SALARY: £12.44 per hour
HOURS: 30 hours per week

Job summary:
Medway Practices Alliance (MPA) are looking for an enthusiastic Referral Clerk to join our dedicated team, working at Iwade Health Centre, ensuring all key performance indicator timelines and standards are met.
As a Referral Clerk, you will provide high-quality administrative support to our clinical staff, helping to ensure patients receive timely and professional care. Your key responsibilities will include:
Typing and managing clinical correspondence, referrals, and reports
Liaising with hospitals, patients, and other healthcare providers
Maintaining patient records and handling confidential information in line with GDPR
Supporting the wider administrative team with general office duties as needed
You will be working closely with salaried GPs; Practice Nurses; Advanced Nurse Practitioners; Physician Associate; Health Care Assistants; Podiatrists and Phlebotomists and approximately 33 administration staff including reception across MPA. We are friendly, approachable and supportive of our staff and encourage our staff to reach their full potential.
