Bower Mount Medical Practice in Maidstone is a large training practice caring for approximately 11,000 patients. We are seeking to appoint an experienced Practice Manager to work closely with the Partners and ensure the financial, operational and strategic needs of the practice are effectively met. If you are a strategic thinker with strong attention to detail, a sound understanding of financial claims across varied income streams, and have the ability to identify and negotiate new income opportunities, we would like to hear from you.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth, efficient and financially sustainable running of the practice. Working alongside our HR Manager, they will help maintain a committed and effective team focused on delivering the best possible care for our patients. Key areas of responsibility will include financial management, claims processing, premises and equipment, IT systems including EMIS, APEX and CQRS, complaints management, and ensuring all legal, contractual and regulatory requirements are met.
