About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Practice Nurse to join our clinical team. The successful candidate will provide a wide range of nursing services and contribute to the ongoing development of patient care within the practice.
Key Responsibilities include:
• Providing general treatment room duties and nursing care
• Delivering immunisations and vaccinations (childhood, travel, flu, etc.)
• Conducting cervical cytology screening
• Supporting chronic disease management (e.g. diabetes, asthma, COPD, hypertension)
• Performing wound care, and health checks
• Promoting health education and lifestyle advice
• Supporting infection prevention and control
• Contributing to QOF targets, audits, and enhanced services

About You
We’re seeking a professional, compassionate, and proactive nurse who enjoys working both independently and as part of a supportive team.
Essential Criteria:
• Registered Nurse with NMC registration
• Excellent clinical and communication skills
• Experience in a primary care or community setting
• Evidence of continuing professional development
Desirable Criteria:
• Cervical cytology qualification
• Experience managing long-term conditions
• Immunisation and vaccination training
