Faversham Medical Group are looking to recruit a Practice Nurse to work at Newton Place Surgery and Faversham Medical Practice
NHS Agenda for Change Pay Scale Band 6, up to 37.5 hours a week, shift pattern during the week is negotiable. However, Saturday working is required.

An Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check will be carried out as part of our recruitment procedures and also regularly during employment. The responsibility for payment of this lies with the Practice.
Successful applicants will also require evidence of immunity to infectious diseases for the wellbeing and protection of staff. (Staff that do not wish to be vaccinated can discuss this if successful).
It is a requirement that safeguarding training will remain up to date and the safeguarding policies and procedures in place within the Practice will be adhered to during employment.

Main duties of the job:
The Practice Nurse will work as part of the primary healthcare team providing Personal Medical Services to the patients of Faversham Medical Group.
