Job Summary
Join our small, friendly and supportive team at our efficient practice serving approximately 4,300 patients. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality patient care in a welcoming environment, with approachable doctors and a close-knit team who work collaboratively together.
We are looking for a dedicated Practice Nurse with excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of patient care protocols, and the ability to work effectively with other healthcare professionals.
Preferred working days are Monday, Tuesday and Friday, although hours and days are negotiable.
Salary dependent on experience.

Responsibilities
Conduct patient assessments and record medical histories accurately.
Administer vaccinations and medications as prescribed.
Assist in the management of chronic diseases and provide health education to patients.
Perform routine clinical procedures such as wound care, cevical smears, blood pressure monitoring, and sample collection.
Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with data protection regulations.
Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare staff to develop and implement patient care plans.
Participate in health promotion activities and community outreach programmes.
Ensure that the practice environment is safe, clean, and welcoming for all patients.
Requirements
Registered Nurse qualification with valid NMC registration.
Previous experience in a primary care or practice nursing setting.
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices relevant to primary care.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proficiency in using electronic health record systems (EMIS) is an advantage.
