We are looking for an experienced Primary Care Administrator, to join our QoF team based in Fleet.
This will be working with the current QoF team, inputting data, conducting searches, calling patients, organising appointments, collecting data and more.
We have a team of over 100 staff throughout 8 sites, including GPs, Paramedic Practitioner, Clinical Pharmacists, Physicians Associates, a Physiotherapist, Practice Nurses, Healthcare Assistants, Social Prescribers and the administrative support workers. Even with a large team, we work closely together.
