The Role:
We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Salaried GP to join our friendly and multidisciplinary team. You will be supported to deliver outstanding care to our diverse patient population while enjoying a balanced and manageable workload. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated GP to become an integral part of a proactive and innovative practice.
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide high-quality, evidence-based medical care to registered patients.
– Conduct face-to-face, and telephone consultations.
– Manage acute and chronic conditions effectively.
– Maintain accurate and comprehensive medical records in line with current guidelines.
– Participate in duty doctor and triage systems as required.
– Engage in clinical audits, QOF, and other quality improvement initiatives.
– Work collaboratively with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to deliver integrated care.
– Contribute to the training and development of medical students or trainees (if applicable).

Person Specification:
Essential:
– GMC-registered with a license to practice
– Inclusion on the NHS England Performers List
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Commitment to patient care and continuous improvement
Desirable:
– Experience with EMIS Web
– Interest in getting involved with teaching opportunities
– Previous experience working in UK general practice
