We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Salaried GP to join our successful, patient-focused practice in the charming village of Marden, Kent for 4 or 6 sessions per week. This semi-rural setting offers a unique opportunity to deliver high-quality primary care to a diverse community. A Salaried GP works as an autonomous practitioner, responsible for the provision of medical services to the practice population, delivering an excellent standard of clinical care while complying with the contract.
Furthermore, the post-holder will adhere to the GMC standards for good medical practice, contributing to the effective management of the practice, leading by example, maintaining a positive, collaborative working relationship with the multidisciplinary team.
The role is to support, mentor, and supervise other healthcare professionals within the organisation and be an integral part of the general practice team.
