Job Details
We are seeking a clinically confident, motivated GP who is looking for a role offering greater ownership, continuity of care, and professional responsibility within a supportive and forward-thinking practice.
Role Overview
As a list holder, you will manage a defined patient list, enabling you to develop meaningful relationships and deliver high-quality care. This role is ideal for a GP who enjoys applying sound clinical judgement, values continuity, and wants to play an active role in shaping patient care within a well-organised practice.
Working within our structured total triage model, patients are directed appropriately across the multidisciplinary team, allowing GPs to focus on complex clinical decision-making and continuity rather than unsustainable reactive workload.
You will hold responsibility for your personal patient list, including associated clinical workflow such as repeat prescriptions and patient-related administration, supported by an experienced administrative and clinical team.
The role includes participation in the Duty Doctor rota, including one day per week finishing at 18:30, with additional cover during holiday periods.
Sessions: 4 per week
This is a 12month fixed term contract
