Len Valley Practice is a busy EMIS, dispensing practice, with a patient population of just over 10,000. We have a branch surgery in Harrietsham and offer a free medication delivery service to housebound patients.Len Valley Practice has a large team of clinical and non-clinical staff lead by five partners and a full senior management team. We have a CQC score of Good and strive for excellence in all areas of patient care.We are a dynamic, friendly, and supportive team with experience in training GPs and other healthcare professionals.
We are looking to recruit a Qualified Senior Dispenser, with previous experience of leading a dispensary team within a busy dispensing GP surgery setting. The right candidate will have extensive knowledge of general practice and dispensing doctors. They will project a positive and friendly image to our patients and deal with queries in a professional, courteous and efficient way. They will have the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and have a good knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and safety protocols.
