We are a very forward looking, very well organised Health Centre with a top team and are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated team player to take on a Salaried Position of 4 to 6 sessions a week (less sessions would be considered).

Our clinical service already relies heavily on Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Paramedics, Physician Assistants and Clinical Pharmacist Practitioners who are highly valued members of our team and you will be complementing the team of GP’s who provide medical input and providing support on a ‘Consultant’ type model.

If you are a highly driven Paramedic who wants to learn in a very stimulating environment and relishes making an impact for patients using the latest means available – this is the place for you. If you have skills or talents that you think can improve healthcare, tell us - we always listen and act on good ideas.

We are looking for someone with a real commitment to healthcare who is looking for a career, not a job.

Our GP’s are, or have been, highly involved with innovation and service developments, including as Advisors to the MHRA, Standing members of NICE, senior management positions at the BMJ, Federation Directors, Appraisers, and Trainers. As well as our ANP’s, you’ll be working alongside our Care Co-ordinators, Practice Nurses and Health Care Assistants. We have innovated and pioneered a specialised Medicines Team to look after our patients pharmaceutical needs and drive quality.

Our Management, Admin Team and Reception Teams have formidable experience across a range of sectors.

They are wizards with Technology – they lead from the front as co-partners in allowing us to do what we do – we just see the patients. A great example of this is the in-house Covid Vaccination clinic we ran, this video shows our team at work and their great patient experience feedback:  https://fb.watch/4hBcrRD9KP/

We are proud of our people - they are top draw and many have enviable backgrounds working for blue chip companies or have been selected for their dedication and commitment..

Our Home Visits are predominantly carried out by a community paramedic team. Our list size is is just under 10,000 patients. We use EMIS Web and Docman 10.

Patient information is highly filtered ensuring you only see what you need to, just as it should be.

This is a community of friendly and highly motivated people. It’s a nice place to work.

Key Benefits:

Very competitive sessional rate

Study Leave + 6 Weeks Annual Leave (pro rata)

Support from highly efficient and organised clinical, IT and Admin team

Personal development will be encouraged.
