Reach Healthcare is a large multi sited training practice with a patient list size of over 23,000 patients with sites in Walderslade, Lordswood and Gillingham and is part of Medway South Primary Care Network.
The practice team is formed of GP partners and salaried GPs who are supported by a multidisciplinary clinical team. The practice has Business & Finance Manager with a Deputy in place to ensure a services are reviewed and developed to ensure patients are provided the highest level of care and ensure continual strategic development of the business and patient services.
We are looking to recruit a motivated, enthusiastic and forward thinking Quality & Operational Manager to assist the Business managers with the day to day management of a busy GP practice.
The Quality & Operational Manager will help ensure all aspects of the practice are operating efficiently and effectively and will work alongside the business managers to support improvement projects and continue to drive the practice forward.
The right candidate will have a proven track record of leadership, managing change and understanding of compliance requirements.
