An opportunity has arisen for a Practice Nurse at Sandgate Road Surgery, Folkestone. This is a permanent contract, working 15-20 hours per week. Salary is competitive and subject to experience.
Located in West Folkestone just a short walk from the Folkestone Leas the practice provides primary care services to approximately 13000 patients. We are a training practice with five GP Partners, three salaried GP’s, ACP’s, Practice Nurses and Health Care Assistants. In addition we have a large complement of PCN clinical staff delivering services to our patients.
The successful applicant must have Practice Nurse experience in a GP setting. Knowledge of baby immunisations, wound care and cervical cytology is essential. Experience in Diabetes, Respiratory or Family Planning would be an advantage.
