Job summary - Practice Manager vacancy @ New Lyminge Surgery Greenbanks Lyminge Kent CT18 8NS
The successful candidate will provide effective and robust leadership to enable the practice to meet its agreed aims and objectives within a challenging NHS landscape. They will maintain a profitable, efficient, and safe working environment, whilst nurturing effective teamwork among staff and ensuring the practice remains responsive to our patients. Meeting our contractual obligations with NHS England is paramount, as well as maintaining full compliance with all aspects of health and safety and employment legislation, CQC (Care Quality Commission) regulations and facilities management compliance. They will lead projects, as well as working with the partners and the finance manager to oversee practice finances, cash flow and budgets.
Salary - Dependent on experience
