JOB OVERVIEW
We are currently seeking a Practice Nurse who is diligent, passionate and possesses relevant experience. The ideal candidate should have the necessary qualifications in managing chronic health conditions like Asthma, COPD and Diabetes. It would be advantageous if the successful candidate has a particular interest in Diabetes management, including knowledge of medication and the initiation of injectables.
The Practice Nurse will collaborate with a team in general practice setting. The individual in this role will play a crucial part as a valued member of the general practice team.

BACKGROUND
Springhead Health is a large GMS GP Practice, serving approximately 22,500 patients.
We adopt a team approach to patient care and endeavour to monitor the service provided to patients, to ensure that it meets current standards of excellence.
We occupy a purpose-built building with excellent road and rail links, and a nearby high-speed train service into St Pancras London.
We are currently using EMIS Web clinical system.
Salary - negotiable and subject to experience.
