Reach Healthcare is a large multi sited training practice with a patient list size of over 23,000 patients across locations in Walderslade, Lordswood and Gillingham.
Excitingly, we have plans to merge with a neighbouring practice, this will increase the practice list size to over 33,000. To successfully manage this opportunity the practice is looking to recruit an experienced, dynamic and strategic practice manager to support the smooth running of the practice.
The Practice Manager will work under a Business & Finance manager, with support of an operational manager and reception supervisor to oversee all aspects of the practice are operating efficiently and effectively.
The right candidate will have a proven track record of leadership, managing change and understanding of compliance requirements.
