JOB OVERVIEW
We have an exciting opportunity for a progressive and enthusiastic Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join us on our journey towards achieving the best possible standards for our patients.
You will be a degree qualified Advanced Nurse Practitioner with relevant clinical skills and expertise to work autonomously. You must have relevant experience to be an independent nurse prescriber enabling you to independently assess, diagnose, treat and refer patients as appropriate, as well as manage your own patient lists. A specialist area of interest would be an advantage.
Full Time/ Part Time hours will be considered.

BACKGROUND
Springhead Health is a large GMS GP Practice, serving approximately 22,500 patients.
We adopt a team approach to patient care and endeavor to monitor the service provided to patients, to ensure that it meets current standards of excellence.
We occupy a purpose-built building with excellent road and rail links, and a nearby high-speed train service into St Pancras London.
We are currently using EMIS Web clinical system.
