Reach Healthcare is a large multi-sited GP practice in Medway with sites in Walderslade, Lordswood & Gillingham.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our friendly and supportive multi disciplinary team to help us deliver high quality care to our patient population.
You will be a degree qualified Advanced Nurse Practitioner with relevant clinical skills and expertise to work autonomously. We are supportive of training and development.
Full Time/ Part Time hours will be considered.
