BMA Guidance: Service charges for GP premises

GP contractors are eligible for rental reimbursements. The type of reimbursement applicable depends on who owns the building.

In May 2024 the Government published the updated premises cost directions .

The BMA issued a press release in response to the publication of the new PCDs.
